If you've never cruised before, this one day cruise will give you the opportunity to sample cruise cruise ships. Over the past six or seven years we've had many clients call us and say they enjoyed this cruise more than the one where you sleep on the ship. Many have told us "on the ships where you sleep on the ship you pull into port and don't get to stay long enough to look around and see or do much. The one day cruise gives us time on the island to do a variety of things". The one day cruise ship has all of the amenities, scrumptious food, and entertainment of the ships where you sleep on board. Once on board you will experience all the elegance and adventure of a six hour journey across the Atlantic, where an Island Paradise awaits your arrival.

A Discovery Cruise provides you with

It's the entertaining way to travel. You will enjoy award winning

The Discovery departs daily from FT Lauderdale at 8:00 AM. On the cruise to Grand Bahama Island, you will be served a sumptuous breakfast and lunch (all you can eat) buffet. You will arrive in Freeport approximately 2:00 PM. After your three nights on the island (unless you've
booked extra nights) re-board the ship at (approximately 5:00 PM) to sail
back to FT
Lauderdale. Observe a spectacular "sunset celebration"
on
one of the decks or in one of the cocktail lounges. You
will be treated to a fabulous Las Vegas
style show, and a lavish dinner that
will delight your palate! You will be back in FT. Lauderdale at
approximately 10:00 pm.
They've got over 200 of them! Table limits are from $3.00
to $300.00. Slots 5 cents to $5.00. Whatever your game, count on Discovery
for the action! All major credit cards including most bankcards are accepted. And
there's instruction on all games available. We provide changing facilities for all guests, but some people prefer their
own private facilities; therefore, we suggest you book a cabin or suite with
its own private bathroom. These are available on a first come- first serve
basis. So if you're interested, inquire as to availability at the time you
book your cruise. If you're driving to FT Lauderdale, the Discovery has a parking garage for your car. If you're flying in, the airport is just a few blocks from Port Everglades where the Discovery and all of the cruise ships dock. Directions US1/Federal Highway Entrance: At the intersection of State Road 84/Spangler Blvd, East and U.S. 1 (Federal Highway), turn east into the seaport.
