USER AGREEMENT TERMS
It is our goal to have 100% customer satisfaction with your vacation
package!
Terms....8 Day, 7 Night Bahamas Cruise & Florida Vacation –
This vacation offers two adults ages 21 or older, to
1) four (4) days and three (3)
nights fun-filled cruise to the Bahamas and tropical island
accommodations on Grand Bahama Island.
2) PLUS two (2) nights in Orlando, Florida
3) PLUS two (2) nights in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Cruise sails daily out of Port Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Reservations require at least 60 days advance notice and $129 per person,
double occupancy, for Cruise-Port/Service fees. You will be required to
select two preferred travel dates at least 30 days apart. Transportation,
transfers, island transportation, meals, meals, hotel taxes, and gratuities
in the Bahamas and in Florida are the responsibility of the passengers
traveling. Seasonal and holiday surcharges are applicable.
Travelers are responsible for any/all charges incurred in excess of this
promotion, such as but not limited to transportation, transfers, meals, and
gratuities. International destinations require proof of citizenship in the
form of a valid photo ID (driver’s license) accompanied by a state certified
Birth Certificate or valid passport, no exceptions. Proof of identification
is subject to Governmental changes and is the responsibility of the
passengers traveling to verify current proof of identification required with
the proper Governmental authorities prior to travel. If any of these offers
becomes unavailable to the fulfillment travel center, they have the option
to substitute another travel incentive offer of equal or greater value.
The reservation center will make every effort to accommodate one of
your requested travel dates, but reserves the right to offer alternate
travel dates when necessary. Group travel (if eligible) will be subject to
group surcharges.
To make reservations, you simply simply mail or fax it in with a $45.00
processing, postage and handling fee to receive your reservation form. You
may also do it online. All means of communication, address & phone
number is clearly printed on your package.
The Bahamas Connection is the exception in companies
marketing Bahamas vacation properties on-line. Unlike other on-line
reservation companies, we personally inspect each property to make
sure it's well maintained and that the staff is competent, friendly
and professional. All of the properties we recommend have met our
high standards, not just for low prices, but for exceptional value as
well. We know when each property is renovated, and which hotels
have high standards for maintenance and cleanliness.
Just because we have low prices, please be assured there is nothing
else to purchase. There are no time shares or meetings to attend.
When your package arrives, you simply contact our home office listed
on the package to make your reservations. You will receive your
travel date confirmation in writing, so that when you get to the ship
and the hotel- you will know exactly where to go and what to do.
You may make your own flight plans or the travel agent(s) of our
parent company can do for you, but you are not required to purchase
your airline tickets from them. We reserve the right to withdraw
these special rates at any time.
Double occupancy applies to each travel package. Please allow
30- 45
days (longer during peak travel
periods) notice prior to your chosen dates of travel. Due to certain
seasonal demands and availability,
we reserve the right to offer substitute hotel or cruise
accommodations, of equal or greater value when
necessary. All reservations are subject to availability, This offer
is valid for adults 21 years of age or
older. If you cannot travel on your scheduled date, you may
reschedule your vacation. Further, your
package is fully transferable. Does not include governmental taxes or
fuel surcharges.
The hotel will collect a small Bahamian room tax at check in
(Bahamian law). All sales are final.
Documentation Requirements: For entry into the Bahamas, and the
United States, U.S. citizens, must
carry proof of citizenship (birth certificate) and a picture I.D.
Foreign passengers must have a valid
passport, and a multiple entry visa. Travel Requirements for all
Passengers to Bahamas & Mexico-
(These are imposed by US Immigration to get BACK INTO THE US not by
the Bahamian or Mexican
authorities).
- American citizens born in the U.S. require either a passport
(valid or expired by up to 5 years an original birth certificate
accompanied by a valid photo ID. Please note that copies of birth
certificates are not acceptable.
- American citizens born outside the U.S. require either an
American passport (valid or expired up to 5 years) or an original
naturalization certificate accompanied by a valid photo ID.
- U.S. permanent resident aliens must present their non-expired
alien resident card accompanied by a valid photo ID.
- Canadian citizens require either a Canadian passport or a
Canadian citizenship ID accompanied by a valid Canadian photo ID>
- All other travelers must have valid passports from their country
of origin in conjunction with a multiple entry U.S. visa, and if
necessary a Bahamian visa, please check with your nearest Bahamian
Consulate. Passengers under 18 years of age require a notarized
written parental consent for travel.
The Bahamas Connection feature of this Website is provided to assist
customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods
and services, and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise
transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes. You
warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and possess the legal
authority to enter into this agreement, and to use this Website in
accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be
financially responsible for all of the use of this Website (as well
as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation,
minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of this
Website by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that
all information supplied by you or members of your household in
using this website is true and accurate. Without limitation, any
speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in
anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel
services reservations facilities of this website shall be used only
to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another
person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand
that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities
of this website may result in you being denied access to such
facilities.
Separate terms and conditions will apply to your
reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that
you select. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase
imposed by any supplier with whom you select to deal, including, but
not limited to, payment of all amounts when in and compliance with the
supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of
fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of
any such supplier's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation
of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to
any flights, hotels, automobiles,
RESPONSIBILITY
Unless caused by its own negligence, The Bahamas Connection
is not responsible for personal injury or property damage, or loss of
property caused by any air carrier, hotel, reservation agents, or
other supplier of services in connection with the tour. The Bahamas
Connection acts only as the agent for the passengers with respect to
the selling or promotion of the tickets. The Bahamas Connection does
not guarantee an exact date of availability on any tour. It is the
sole responsibility of the traveler to make their reservations
through the home office. The Bahamas Connection is not responsible
for hotel or cruise line reservations, transportation, sightseeing,
and other services, and as such, by purchasing these tickets, the
purchaser holds harmless The Bahamas Connection free of liability for
any injury, death, delay or damage from any cause whatsoever.
Additional restrictions may be imposed by a foreign government
involved.
